When Keepin' It Real Goes Wrong!

Soulja Boy, you can't be serious!

First off, challenging a superior lyricist in Fabolous.

Secondly, over twitter? You can't possibly think you gained any cool points from that.

There is something wrong with the minds of our young, urban males and many times males in general. Where we feel the need to come after the protagonist instead of the antagonist.

In this case, the antagonist is Kat Stacks, whose purpose only seems to stir up trouble, in order to make a name for herself.
Assignment A: Check. So far so good as far as she is concerned. Anyway, she is unworthy to have her likeness mentioned in the rest of this blog.

Back to you Soulja Boy, for you to want challenge or threaten Fabolous for these lyrics "Pretty Boy Swag never coke my nose though," shows that you have a lot of growing up to do and that you are unable to see the bigger picture.

I don't know Fab but I doubt he wanted to start a big "Hip Hop Beef" with whom many see as a lesser opponent. Yes, you do have the age difference in your corner, Soulja Boy for him to pick on you would only make him look like a bully.

But when you use comments like "When I see U Umma beat your face boy," and "Umma handle you nezt time I see you boy 1 on @myfabolouslife(Fabolous twitter name)," [These are not typos or poor proof-reading on my part people, Soulja Boy really types like this]. I find it hard to believe any person would consider you a boy anymore especially when you are threatening to do harm to another person. Because I doubt you would challenge him in a rap battle in person.

Off the topic but certainly an issue that needs to be tackled is your spelling[or lack there of]. You would think as a millionaire, you would have taken the time to straighten out your grammar and conduct yourself better than an uneducated, overly confident teenager.

I do not know who got into your head and told you this was a smart thing to do. Even after you deleted the comments and apologized, you apology was insincere because you continued to post comments tweeted to you by other users about Fabolous.

Much like me, they are entitled to their own opinion and you should have left it as that, their own opinion. To retweet your fans comments to justify your actions makes it seem like you are still holding a grudge because when I apologize about something, I leave the issue alone and I am on to the next one.

When does the tough guy act stop and people start taking accountability for their own actions? Because, remember, Fabolous was not the one who recorded the alleged cocaine on your dresser and said you had a coke habit, remember?

So, we will have to see, if in the future any repercussions come from the comments you tweeted because now you have said the words, now is time to act. But I ask you, Soulja Boy to really think about what you are doing and how it can effect your image because now is the time when you should be acting the victim and not like the guilty party.

  2. Souja Boy needs to grow up, starting an argument on Twitter w/ Fabolous will not damage his already thin credibility he has. Also, I would love to see if Souja Boy would make the same comments to Fabolous if they met face to face, I doubt that. And kudos to Fab for making a mockery of this situation, Souja Boy is an annoying pest that just need to go away.

P.S. Great article on this man! Love your writings, very informative & interesting.
